Here is the Clothes Don't Cheat take on the neon trend. It is made from entirely stretch fabric (the lace is stretch, the black paneling detail is elastic, and the bodice lining that covers everything but the sleeves, is stretch black cotton), enabling it to fit between a size 6 to small 10.
